• ✔️ If the first visualizations do not meet 100% of your expectations, you will receive 2 more sets of revisions.

• ✔️ Executive Project Design, meaning detailed technical drawings for Contractors - thanks to them, 99% of questions at the construction site are already answered (includes electrical schematic, walls, ceilings, floors, plumbing schematic, custom furniture).

• ✔️ Inventory of materials and equipment with prices, quantities (Excel and PDF) in the form of a shopping list with links and store addresses. 

• ✔️ Handling orders and coordinating delivery of all items from the cost estimate.

• 👍🏻 Are you looking for good contractors? In the area of Warsaw and the Tri-City we offer the selection of proven renovation crews and permanent cooperation with them during the construction process. 

• 👍🏻 You have the minimum budget of PLN 4,000 per square meter for the realization of an apartment in developer condition, that is: materials, furnishings and contractor team. Due to inflation after the pandemic - it is already difficult to design on smaller budgets.
